Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order, and you notify us within 2 business days after receiving shipment by emailing kpremiumkollections@gmail.com. Clothing must show NO obvious signs of being worn. If eligible for exchange the customer will be responsible for return shipping cost.
Please allow 24hrs for your order to be processed. Premium Kollections offer FREE USPS shipping. ALL standard orders are shipped on Wednesday & Saturday. Standard shipping is 3 -5 business days. Once your order has been processed a tracking number will be provided via email Or text. ALL addresses must be verifiable with USPS. We are not responsible for post office or carrier shipping delays.
